Sage Volunteers Making a Difference

6th May 2025Website Bamburgh

Sage UK is a Newcastle-based software company who pride themselves on giving back. We have developed a lovely relationship with some of their team who have continued to support essential work in school over the last few years. Their latest endeavours have been in our Early Years area and Forest School, and they already have another date in the diary to come back and continue the work they started.

We are so appreciative of all the hard work this team continues to do.

Early Years

Work has started to repurpose a little summerhouse in our Early Years play area. Two of the team boarded the walls and laid flooring, ready for more work later this year.

Forest School

Meanwhile, in Forest School, the remainder of the team set to work to install brand new fencing around our pond area. The area was a lot bigger than it seemed!

New Mud Kitchen

5th September 2024Website Bamburgh

Just before our summer break, we had a wonderful addition to our Forest School. With the help of a generous donation from the South Tyneside Scooter Club we employed the creative services of Sunderland-based Wooden Get Any Better to purchase a bespoke mud kitchen. It’s a brilliant addition to this wonderful space.
